Drug Facts

Active Ingredient:

• Salicylic Acid 0.5% – Acne Treatment

Purpose:

• For the treatment of acne

• Helps clear acne blemishes, pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads

Warnings

• For external use only.

• Skin irritation and dryness are more likely if used with another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, use only one product.

• Not for use on children under 3 years old.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• If swallowed, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Directions

1. Cleanse skin thoroughly before applying.

2. Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1–2 times daily.

3. To reduce dryness, start with one application every other day, then increase as needed.

4. If excessive dryness or peeling occurs, reduce usage to once every few days.

Sensitivity Test for New Users:

• Apply to one or two small affected areas during the first 3 days.

• If no discomfort occurs, continue as directed above.
